Hybrid BAS/EPMS Solution – New Campus Build

Designed and delivered a turnkey hybrid BAS/EPMS solution using Distech Controls and Ignition SCADA to optimize cost, reliability, and tenant SLAs. Architecture supports enhanced trending, archiving, and robust data access for a national colocation provider.

Hyperscale-Colocation Integration Oversight

Supported a leading hyperscale provider in extracting critical BAS, EPMS, and DCIM data from colocation partners to ensure leased systems met high-reliability standards. Led stakeholder coordination, documented existing conditions, performed gap analysis, developed a requirements package, and oversaw corrective resolution to align systems and data integration.

24/7 Service & Preventative Maintenance Program

Providing emergency 24/7 service response and bi-annual preventative maintenance for a national telecom and data center client. Support includes BAS and EPMS systems using over 8 different BAS platforms across critical infrastructure sites coast to coast.
